The role focuses on listing and selling residential real estate, providing exceptional service to clients, and leveraging in-house operational support to close multiple transactions each month. Responsibilities List and sell residential real estate, guiding buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process. , Conduct property evaluations and prepare market analyses to ensure accurate pricing. , Stay responsive and available to your buyers and sellers, providing exceptional service. , Use our CRM and systems to stay organized and maintain a steady pipeline of business. , Maintain an active Florida Real Estate License. Requirements Valid Florida Real Estate License (Required). , 1 year of sales experience (Preferred). Nice-to-haves Experience in real estate sales. , Strong communication skills.
