We are an educational technology business, that has helped thousands of individuals go from no experience to high paying technology careers via our education, training, network and resources. Our brand is so popular, that we have never ran an add, but receive hundreds of warm & excited leads weekly! The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in mid to high-ticket sales and preferably have experience in selling tech bootcamps or b2c courses. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into high-value clients, utilizing your persuasive communication skills and sales strategies. Here's a high level of the Compensation Structure Overview (USD): Daily Lead Flow: 8 - 15 warm, inbound leads/day. Close Rate Expectation: Targeting 5-10 deals per week, translating to a 10-20% close ratio (20-40 closes per month). Commission Structure: $500-$700 per closed deal.
