Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our health care team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining sensitive patient and administrative data. Key Responsibilities

Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to protect patient confidentiality and data integrity.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in data entry, preferably within the health care industry, is an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry software, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of sensitive data. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective collaboration. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or coursework in health care administration or data management is a plus.
