THE ROLE

Alanui is looking for a Production Intern to join the production team and support the Production team in all phases of the production process. You will support in monitoring the production calendar to meet deadlines, preparing technical sheets, and tracking samples, with full visibility over the management of production progress.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Check availability of raw materials in order to guarantee the requirements plan;

Generate production orders

Create production books

Monitor and accurately analyse the progress of assigned orders

Liaise with external suppliers

Back office activities where required

WHO YOU ARE

Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)

Excellent knowledge and use of Adobe (in particular Indesign and Illustrator).

Ability to manage stress and pay close attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure

Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes

Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
