Compensation

Based on Experience. Paralegal: Probate and Trust Admin (Temp/Temp-to-Hire) $32 - $45 per hour | Orange, CA | On-Site | Consulting Hybrid Schedule (1-2 Days in Office per week) | Full-time consulting/temp role w/option to convert to a permanent role! Option to convert to a permanent employee at end of 6 month term. Job Details

• Support attorneys in probate and trust administration, focusing on transactional work.
• Draft and prepare legal documents (petitions, inventories, accountings, trust agreements).
• Organize and manage case files efficiently.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and relevant parties.
• Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information.
• Schedule meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
• Handle a high volume of cases with precision.
• Apply Southern California court rules.
• Manage trust administration tasks (dividing estates, handling correspondence).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate and trust administration.
• Strong understanding of probate and trust laws.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hybrid work environment (1-2 days in office).
