Job Title: Insurance P&C Commercial Lines Specialist About the Role: Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance P&C Commercial Lines Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our remote workforce, you will be responsible for managing and processing high-volume submissions in Property & Casualty commercial lines with accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities: • Manage and process P&C commercial lines submissions efficiently and accurately. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues. • Utilize AMS360 to manage client accounts, policies, and submissions effectively. • Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other team members to ensure seamless policy processing. • Review and verify policy documents, endorsements, and certificates of insurance. • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to P&C commercial lines. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a CSR in P&C commercial lines. • Proficiency in AMS360 is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of P&C commercial lines products, policies, and procedures. • Ability to handle high volumes of submissions efficiently and accurately. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
