Key Responsibilities: Generate new business by networking, referrals, and proactive client outreach. Conduct consultations to assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options, including auto, home, and other personal lines. Provide clients with quotes, explain policy details, and assist them with the application process. Maintain regular follow-up with clients and build long-term relationships. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive market information. Qualifications: State Insurance License (Property & Casualty). Proven sales ability and self-motivation; ability to work independently. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs.
