Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Personal Banker Associate I. As a Personal Banker Associate I, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals by providing personalized financial solutions and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide recommendations on our financial products and services. Key Responsibilities: • Use the consultative sales process to build relationships with customers and identify their financial needs • Provide personalized financial solutions and recommendations to customers • Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives • Meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a college degree or equivalent work experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to work in a team environment. Experience in the financial industry is preferred but not required. You must also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of advanced math functions and be able to analyze credit and financial information.
