Required Availability: Mon - Fri 8:15am-5:45pm; Rotating Saturdays (up to 3 per month) 8:30am - 12:15pm • This position is full time and will work 40 hours per week* Be a part of a community-centered bank. Our Banking Associates communicate with new and existing customers to uncover and evaluate needs in order to recommend appropriate products and services, educate customers about Guaranty Bank's product and service delivery channels, refer customers to the other departments within the bank as appropriate, and resolve complex customer service issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Banking Associate • Delivers excellent customer service • Processes in-person retail and commercial customer transactions • Recommends bank products and services to customers and prospects • Opens and maintains a variety of account types for personal and commercial customers • Performs routine banking center activities • Cross-sells bank products and services • Contributes to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals • Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures and follows applicable banking regulations • Performs additional job related duties as assigned or required • Spanish speaking preferred Required and Desired Skills and Experience of the Banking Associate • High School diploma or equivalent (or working towards completion) • Prior customer service, banking, cash handling and sales experience highly desired About Guaranty Bank Since 1913, Guaranty Bank has provided a full array of banking solutions along with exceptional customer service.
