Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions: Oversees the assembling project team, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Must be familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates with Senior Project Manager and/or Functional Area Manager regarding status of specific projects. Regular attendance at work on a full-time schedule of at least 8 hours and 40 hours per week Other functions may be assigned
Qualifications
Education: Successful completion of a 4 year degree in a directly-related area such as Business Management or Computer Science Experience: 3 - 5 years of directly-related experience in the of project management, resource management and/or project assessment techniques; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Marketing experience and PPM tools such as Monday.com, Clarity, Planview is preferred. Skills & Abilities: Preferred: Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Proficient in defining and prioritizing delivery activities Proficient in developing project charter and schedules Ability to effectively manage project risks and issues Ability to manage project organization, meetings, estimations and cost control Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with other project team members without interpersonal or team conflicts Ability to effectively communicate risks and issues that may impact employees ability to perform job functions and meet expectation Ability to provide coaching and career development to team members Ability to solve problems by using a logical and systematic approach Knowledge of financial tools and processes
