Job Description

As a Sales Producer at the Jeon Allstate Agency, you will use a variety of sources to sell residential insurance products in the state of CO. Your job is to hunt for sales and educate customers on their insurance needs. You will be producing insurance sales through a number of avenues: networking, receiving leads through direct marketing and warm/hot leads that call into our agency to receive quotes. Sales Producers at the Agency will experience daily trainings to help improve your confidence and sales ability to ensure you're helping customers in the best ways possible. As a Sales Producer you have the unique opportunity to help customer protect their biggest assets. We are looking for somebody who wants to sell insurance by educating clients are their insurance risks and the options we have to solve the problem. Job Responsibilities • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. • Solicits for new insurance customers via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. • Maintain knowledge of new Allstate insurance products. • Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management WHAT WE OFFER • Individualized training and development. • Inbound leads via marketing efforts. • Fun work environment - you're going to like working here. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL • Coachable - must follow value selling strategy. • Assertive - assume the close and overcome objections. • Efficient - strong time management + technology skills. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS • Pay: Competitive salary + monthly commissions + annual bonus. Expect for an inexperienced producer to have a base salary of $50k/year and with commission you can have a total salary of $75-100k per year. Expect to double your salary with commission earned through monthly sales. • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks + paid holidays. Earn more PTO days through promos/meeting goals.
