We have several insurance agencies available where you could have the opportunity to run your own Independent Agency with support from our District office. • Farmers Agency with approximately $165k in revenue is becoming available in the Milpitas area. Farmers Agency has a team that will assist in the retention of clients. The asking price is $275k. • Farmers Agency with $70k in renewal income is available for sale in the San Jose area! The asking price is $105k. Responsibilities: • Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs, educate, and provide advice on their insurance needs. • Utilizing knowledge of insurance products to educate and recommend appropriate policies for clients. • Providing excellent customer service to policyholders, including responding to emails, calls, and questions that arise. • Actively networking and prospecting to generate leads and increase business. • Attending training and continuing education programs to stay current on industry trends and best practices. • Utilizing proven marketing systems, or those you may develop, to reach out to potential customers for our Insurance and Financial Services products and to grow your Agency. Minimum Requirements for Consideration: • Have active CA Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or be willing to obtain required licenses with assistance from our District Office. • Minimum requirement of $100,000 in assets to show financial responsibility. (No costs or fees paid to Farmers) • Satisfactory results of background check (credit/criminal). • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Have the willingness to learn and be coachable. • Desire to be an active member and leader of the community. • Strong sales, customer service, and management skills preferred, but not required.
