Game Analytics Manager, Minecraft
As the manager for Minecraft Game Analytics, you will join a team working to create insights and impact on decision making in the franchise. Manage a track of data scientists and analysts focused on engagement, performance, and stability of Minecraft and Minecraft: Education Edition. Deliver impactful insights in a fast-paced environment with real, sometimes flawed, data. Proactively and iteratively improve data sources, team mindset, and team relationships. Partner with producers, engineers, and game designers across time zones and teams to translate ambiguous ideas into actionable hypotheses. Apply machine learning models as well as basic statistics to find drivers of engagement, re-engagement, and churn. Analyze the impact of crashes and performance on Minecraft player and make recommendations on indicators of quality, prioritization of bugs, and the role of betas in a quality player experience.
