We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Duties • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement. • Utilize tools such as Tableau for data visualization and reporting to support decision-making. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. • Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business needs. • Analyze linked data to derive insights that drive strategic initiatives. • Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and project deliverables. • Employ programming skills in Python and VBA for automation of tasks and data manipulation. • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input during various phases of development. • Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders clearly and effectively. Experience • Proven experience in business analysis or a related field is essential. • Familiarity with linked data concepts is preferred. • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau is required. • Experience with project management methodologies is a plus. • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and VBA is advantageous. • Understanding of server management concepts can be beneficial. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues.
