Overview: Summary – Customer Service Representative: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be based in Mineral Wells, TX and will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. At Jonell Systems, CSR’s are responsible for sales support activities while also working to optimize customer and sales team communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and focused on deliverables that help the organization better serve our customer base. He or she will be able to communicate effectively while working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The CSR will provide exceptional customer service by responding to all inquiries received. Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Enhance customer relationships through service • Communicate effectively with customers and all other departments • Accurately and thoroughly process, enter, and distribute information related to customer accounts, orders, requests for quotations and part numbering • Provide product information • Determine customer requirements, prepare and present quotations • Provide phone support • Responding to emails in a timely manner • Perform other duties as required by the Customer Service Supervisor or other leadership Benefits and Pay – Customer Service Representative: Health and wellness benefits. Qualifications: Skills and Experience – Customer Service Representative: • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Ability to operate computer, with basic word processing knowledge • Filtration product specific experience preferred • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, across job functions • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically • High energy, teamwork focused attitude • Demonstrate high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once. • Should be able to prioritize, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure Solid punctuality / reliability required. Team player able to contribute to the success of high performance, cross-functional team.
