DTC Experts is a fast-growing startup that hosts B2B conferences across the United States for founders, executives, and directors of tech-forward industries like e-commerce. Through high-impact events, DTC Experts creates opportunities for learning, collaboration, and new business relationships. In order to scale the events and expand our impact, we are seeking a growth lead to work closely with the founders and take ownership of go-to-market strategy. This individual will play a critical role in expanding DTC Experts’ reach, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and engagement with our events. They will create and manage lead databases via tools like LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo, Clay, etc. and lead outreach campaigns to identify and engage with key decision-makers in e-commerce and other industries, utilizing lead scraping, mass sending, data verification, and other AI based tools. This position requires a data-driven approach, ability to learn new tech platforms quickly, high speed to action, and an extreme attention to detail.
