Preferred Work Hours (EST): 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities ? Deliver engaging online instruction to small groups (2-6 students) or one-on-one sessions. ? Utilize established teaching materials to facilitate a thorough understanding of the subject matter. ? Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback fostering academic development. ? Ensure adherence to the curriculum timeline while cultivating a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere. Required Skills ? A strong knowledge of the AP Psychology curriculum. ? Ability to engage and inspire students effectively in an online teaching environment. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency in digital teaching tools and platforms. Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (Master?s, Ph.D., or EdD preferred). ?
