Part-Time Remote Position: Lead Engagement & Customer Service Specialist

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Engagement & Customer Service Specialist. This remote, part-time role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, lead generation, or sales, who is comfortable using AI tools and can work independently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming leads via WhatsApp, primarily from Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for real-time translations, crafting responses, and drafting rebuttals when engaging with non-English-speaking leads.
  • Guide leads through the communication funnel with the goal of converting them into a $50 consultation booking.
  • Enter and maintain lead information accurately in our Airtable CRM.
  • Provide occasional follow-up to existing clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills (B2 English level or above).
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or lead handling preferred.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support communication and workflow.
  • Familiarity with Airtable or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Part-time: 6 hours/day, Monday–Friday (Remote)
  • Hourly Rate: $4/hour during a 3-month probation period
  • Performance Bonus: $10 commission for each qualified lead that books a $50 consultation
  • Post-Probation: Hourly rate increases to $5/hour based on performance
