Sage X3 Analyst
Job Title: Sage X3 Analyst Location: Waltham, MA- Can be remote – But really prefer someone local that can come onsite either hybrid or at least sometimes Job Description: Reporting to the CIO the functional Sage X3 configuration consultant will help lead the merging of ERP system into Sage X3 Oversee and monitor associated vendor implementation partners Provide hands-on Sage X3 configuration Lead or support data migration efforts from SAP HANA and SelectLine Ensure the project stays lean — avoid overcomplication and unnecessary cost Must have experience with: Data Migrations Sage X3 ERP, including full lifecycle implementation and module-level configuration Deep understanding of X3 functional architecture: data models, workflows, parameters, tables, and screen logic Hands-on experience with: Sage X3 Processors (Import/Export templates, Workflows) Sage X3 Reporting Proficiency in Sage X3 integration design, best practices, and handling of international data They need someone strong on the functional side — not a PM, not someone just watching and monitoring vendors. This is a hands-on config role. This person needs to understand: Bill of Materials (BOM) Manufacturing Supply Chain Inventory Financial Systems They’ll also monitor the external implementation partners to make sure they’re not overengineering or overbilling, or creating extra work, etc Familiarity with SQL, SAFE X3 platform, and basic scripting or formula logic inside the system Experience working in international data a plus Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
