ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Team Manager with The Featherstone Agencies, you will generate the kind of exceptional leadership & client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your accountability & attention to detail, sales, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving complex customer inquiries, coordinating & leading other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the Agency's goals and the Team Members you support. - Report Directly to the Agency Owners
- First point of contact for the Account Managers and the Director of First Impressions (DOFI)
- Oversee the Account Managers and their daily operations.
- Develop and implement Account Managers policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complex issues.
- Train and mentor Team Members individually & collectively.
- Accountable & rewarded for results
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property and Casualty license (must have prior to consideration)
- Life and Health license (must have prior to consideration)
- Insurance Agency Experience
- Proven Managerial, Sales, & Customer Service experience
- Strong leadership courage and organizational skills.
