This individual interacts with patients to provide informationin response tocustomer inquiries and handle/resolve complaints. Minimum Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent (as applicable)
- Basicreading, writing, and arithmetic skillsrequired
- Healthcare Experience highly preferred
