• Receive Checks for various clients
• Deposit Checks to perspective bank accounts
• Sort and prepare incoming mail related to checks
• Follow check negotiable rules as outlined in standard operating procedures
• Ensure cash deposit adhere to client’s requirements
• Maintain Check Deposit Logs
• Create and mail letters
• Operate the Remote Deposit Scanner
• Create UPS Labels

Essential Functions:Below outlines the main areas of transaction processing responsibility:

• Ensure day to day check deposit for all clients
• Ensure deposits are processed to appropriate bank accounts.
• Ensure cash is handled in accordance with compliance and standard operating controls
• Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner
