Needs a senior-level resource, they really need this project to be successful so no time for training or handholding, come in and hit the ground running We are specifically seeking someone with 7+ years of experience in the nuclear industry, with deep, hands-on expertise using CASMO/SIMULATE. Additionally, the ideal candidate would be adaptable, collaborative, and open to interim solutions-recognizing that our path to the optimal design will evolve over time. We're looking for a candidate who is not only familiar with core design, CASMO, and SIMULATE but also someone who has hands-on experience with the codes and is ready to contribute to the analysis process immediately after being onboarded and acclimated to the project. I recommend focusing on candidates with more recent and relevant PWR experience. We need someone who can actively contribute to analysis and calculations, not just provide consultationKnock out questions:When was the last time they used Casmo/Simulate?
