What You’ll Do:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and drive sales
Develop and refine sales strategies to maximize results
Work closely with the sales team to implement effective closing techniques
Build strong relationships with potential customers to boost conversions
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM)
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience with high-volume outbound calling and strong time management skills

Preferred Skill:

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
