Subcontract Administrator, Staff (Full Time Remote)
About the position
The Subcontract Administrator at Lockheed Martin RMS is responsible for managing the procurement of low to medium complexity indirect procurements and facility service orders. This role involves ensuring supplier performance, compliance with government regulations, and adherence to Lockheed Martin's policies. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs and drive supplier accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the purchasing of low to medium complexity indirect procurements and facility service orders. ,
- Ensure suppliers meet performance, schedule, and cost requirements. ,
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful supplier deliveries. ,
- Adhere to government regulations and contractual commitments. ,
- Support direct procurements and operational needs of various programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of supply chain experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. ,
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). ,
- Excellent interpersonal skills for high-stress, high-volume environments. ,
- Demonstrated ability to drive supplier performance and accountability.

- Knowledge of Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)/FAR/Lockheed Martin ,
- Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes ,
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills ,
- Negotiation and technical skills related to product and supply chain ,
