  • Assist in daily HR operations by maintaining employee records and processing necessary documentation.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process, which includes posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing materials for new hires and conducting exit interviews.
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Organize and facilitate HR-related events and training sessions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Required Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Discreet handling of sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is advantageous.
