Responsibilities

  • Support hiring managers with new partner setup and immersion activities.

  • Serve as a peer leader to the administrative team within the function.

  • Advise the department on product and service use, providing training when necessary.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or 4+ years of US military service.
  • ,
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative assistant or coordinator roles.
  • ,
  • Ability to apply multidisciplinary business principles to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Demonstrates confidence, composure, and professionalism.
