In this role, you'll be free from client communications, providing you with the bandwidth to fully concentrate on delivering exceptional outcomes. You'll be guided by our senior leadership team and supported by the advanced reporting and analytics framework implemented by our development team, ensuring you have all the tools and insights needed to excel. Key Responsibilities Collaboration Although not client-facing, this role requires collaboration with the founders and the growth strategy team, active participation in weekly calls, taking notes and writing summaries, providing and rapidly implementing feedback and changes as directed. Campaign Management Taking direction to develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across a wide range of digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, OTT (Over-the-Top) platforms, and Display networks. Ensuring that campaigns are tailored to the strategy provided. Budget Adjustment Adjusting allocated budgets across multiple platforms at the direction of the growth team. Performance Monitoring Utilizing in-house and external reporting systems to report back to the growth team. Required Skills Deep Expertise in PPC Campaign Management Demonstrated experience in developing, launching, and managing successful pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across a variety of digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, OTT platforms, and Display networks. Comprehensive Understanding of Digital Marketing Platforms Familiarity with the unique audiences and capabilities of each advertising platform, including social media, search engines, OTT services, and display networks, to tailor campaigns effectively. Advanced Data Analysis Skills Ability to utilize multi-touch attribution (MTA) for analyzing complex customer journey data, enabling the refinement and effective targeting of campaigns. Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to derive actionable insights from data. Strong Budget Management Experience in efficiently managing and allocating budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms to achieve desired Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Performance Monitoring and Optimization Proficiency in tracking campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), using insights to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness. We offer a competitive starting salary range between $72,000 and $84,000 annually, with the opportunity to grow.
