Business Intelligence Analyst - PeopleSoft Location: Remote - must reside within the US Project Length: 18+ months • Client will consider part-time support for this project. We are seeking another experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance financial reporting capabilities for our client specializing in business intelligence and data analysis specifically within the PeopleSoft ecosystem. This role will focus on query development and ensuring compliance with established reporting standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and a deep understanding of financial processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field • 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence report writing and best practices • 8 years of experience in business/system/data analysis and improvement • 8 years of experience in the development of diverse reporting mechanisms • 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft • 8 years of... experience with budget and finance processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information effectively to various stakeholders. • 3+ years of implementation or post-go-live experience with financial modules, emphasizing reporting activitie • Familiarity with configurations, budgetary structures, and reporting policies Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with financial teams to support query and report development for PeopleSoft modules • Review existing queries and provide recommendations for updates to align with current standards • Coordinate all phases of report design and development, including user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support • Develop and implement various reporting mechanisms while adhering to best practices in Business Intelligence Genius Road, LLC is proud to be a Certified Women's Business Enterprise, an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
