Your role will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience, all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat. • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns. • Assist with product information, technical support, and order tracking. • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring a smooth customer experience. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. • Log all interactions and update customer records in the system. Qualifications: • Excellent written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to multitask and handle several chats simultaneously. • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
