Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote Customer Support Rep experienced in • Software/SaaS support Experience with the followings is a big plus, but not required: • CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, and/or Confluence • Could services, operating systems, and/or browsers You will be customer facing and the first line of support when our clients have an issue with our software.
