Frito Lay is hiring for Route Sales Representative As a Route Sales Representative at Frito-Lay, you will play a key role in growing sales and delivering exceptional service to customers. This position offers a combination of driving, merchandising, and sales responsibilities, ensuring Frito-Lay products are properly stocked and displayed to meet customer demands. Key Responsibilities: • Product Delivery: Deliver Frito-Lay products to assigned locations on a scheduled route. • Merchandising: Organize and stock product displays, ensuring shelves and racks are visually appealing and meet company standards. • Sales Growth: Build relationships with store managers and decision-makers to increase sales opportunities and expand product placement. • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and report any discrepancies. • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues. • Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: • Experience: No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. • Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. • Comfort with repetitive movements, including bending, lifting, and reaching. • Willingness to work in various weather conditions. • Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
