Required Skills • Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in healthcare or dental fields. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on empathy. • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a remote setting. • Technical proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM and Open Dental) and standard office software. • A team-oriented mindset with the capability to work collaboratively towards shared objectives.
