We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities...  Canva Graphics Creation: Develop high-quality, on-brand graphics using Canva for various digital platforms including social media, blogs, and printables.  Content Review and Ideation: Analyze existing educational blog posts, social media content, and other digital materials to generate innovative ideas for printables and other creative items.  Trello Management: Efficiently organize and manage content plans using Trello. Ensure all tasks and projects are tracked and updated regularly.  Editorial Calendar Planning: Strategically plan out the content calendar a month in advance, ensuring a cohesive and effective content strategy.  LTK Platform Management: Create and oversee content on the LTK platform, aligning it with overall brand strategy (experience with LTK is a plus).  Ad Hoc Tasks and Project Assistance: Provide support in various ad hoc tasks or projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative. Requirements  Experience with Canva, Google Suite, and Trello are a must.  Familiarity with LTK is a plus.  Experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media: Must have a solid background in digital marketing or social media management.  A genuine interest in topics related to motherhood and education is crucial.  Ability to think creatively and brainstorm new ideas for content and marketing strategies.  Must be comfortable with technology and quick to learn new digital tools and platforms.  Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content.
