Entry Level Release Processing Agent Employment Type: Full Time Pay Rate: Hourly wage, weekly via direct deposit Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (subject to change based upon work demand). Weekend on-call rotations with staff members. Benefits: Health Insurance (eligibility after 60 days probation period), Guaranteed rotating overtime, Simple IRA Plan (eligibility to enroll after one year of employment), 15 paid vacation days We are looking for a person to assist our clients in clearing merchandise through US Customs. This involves reviewing and entering data if various import related documents to ensure all information that is required by US Customs and other government agencies is provided. Ability to work closely with other internal staff, carriers and customers to deliver a high level of service is a must. Requires organizational skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving, maintaining and keeping documentation in compliance according to customs requirements. Oral and written communication skills are needed as there is interaction with clients, carriers, and government officials via phone and email. Highschool Diploma or GED required. Must be located in the US. Data entry/keyboard experience required and minimum of 6 months work experience preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, G-mail, and office equipment (phone, fax, printer, scanner, copier, etc) also needed. Responsibilities • Assist in the release management process by coordinating software deployments and updates. • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and performance. • Support continuous integration efforts by scripting and automating tasks. • Maintain documentation for software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project alignment and timely completion of tasks. • Utilize Microsoft Office for data entry and organizational tasks.
