LTL Marketing is looking for an administrative assistant to help the CEO coordinate essential tasks related to executing spirit, wine and beer promotions. Significant Excel spreadsheet experience. We see a minimum of 5 years of regular use. A skills test will be required... A history of regular use of technology including job boards, gig platforms, and Microsoft Teams is highly preferred. Strong communication skills via text, email, and phone. Some experience in HR, office administration, and recruiting may be helpful. Applicants that have a history in recruitment, booking people into jobs, and internal team support are viewed positively. Regular Saturday afternoon availability is vital. Flexibility for hours worked Wednesday through Friday is allowed, but hours must be scheduled. Our position is a part-time position paying for availability during certain hours and being available to the team at certain specific times. There is no flexibility in our Saturday requirement. Availability for 2 hours daily Wednesday through Friday (Flexible) and 5 hours on Saturday. 11:30 am to 4:30 pm Central. Tasks: • Communications • Booking • Recruiting • Assigning • Problem solving Skills required: • Communication • Organization • Experienced Microsoft excel - skills test required • Microsoft Systems: Email / One Drive / Teams Daily Details: • The position will work closely with the CEO and VP of Sales. • Executive communications coordinating details of promotions. • Working with a large excel file, filling in data points. • Potential calls with new recruits describing our brand ambassador requirements. • Potential calls with retail partners about upcoming promotions. • Email communications with brand ambassadors or brands. • Problem solving. • Professional references needed Apply Job!
