As an integral part of our support squad, you will provide exceptional real-time assistance to our customers utilizing our online chat platform. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while being a crucial part of our customer service efforts. ### Key Responsibilities: - Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via chat to answer inquiries regarding events, tickets, and general company information. Provide accurate information in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction. - Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues by utilizing effective problem-solving techniques. Make informed decisions to address customer concerns while following company policies and procedures. - CRM Management: Accurately input and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Document all interactions and transactions to ensure seamless follow-up. - Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed about the latest event details, ticketing processes, and company policies to provide customers with accurate and relevant information. - Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team, contributing to continuous improvement of our services and customer experience. - Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and resolve elevated issues as necessary. - Performance Monitoring: Adhere to performance metrics, including average response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution efficiency, consistently striving to meet or exceed targets. - Upholding Standards: Maintain the highest ethical standards and integrity in all interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. ### Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or support roles, with demonstrated success in a chat-based or remote environment. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. - Driven Personality: A self-motivated individual who takes initiative in performing responsibilities and achieving goals in a remote working environment. - Reliability: Strong track record of dependability and accountability in previous roles, including a commitment to consistent attendance and performance. - Soft Skills: - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing customer needs and business priorities. - Decision-Making: Capable of assessing situations and making sound decisions swiftly to benefit both the customer and the company. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with online chat tools and customer support software.
