We are seeking a highly skilled Workers Compensation Claims Compliance Supervisor to join our client's team. This role involves overseeing the jurisdictions and state regulations of claims efficiently and in compliance... with Colorado state regulations. Compensation  $90,000 to $110,000 Annual base salary (based on experience)  Annual bonus potential  Flex schedule and ability to work remotely  Competitive benefits Responsibilities  Oversee compliance with state and federal workers compensation regulations, ensuring all claims are handled within legal guidelines.  Conduct regular audits of workers compensation claim files to verify compliance with applicable laws, policies, and company procedures.  Identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.  Collaborate with the claims team to resolve compliance-related concerns and ensure accurate documentation.  Monitor changes in workers compensation laws and regulations, and communicate updates to relevant teams. Requirements  BachelorÂs degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.  Minimum of 5 years of experience handling workers compensation claims in Colorado.  Strong knowledge of Colorado workers compensation laws and regulations.  Jurisdictional knowledge of UT, ID, NM, and MT a plus!  Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.  Ability to guide Adjusters through compliance issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment Apply Job!Â
