As a live chat customer support agent, you will manage real-time inquiries from customers via live chat on businesses websites and social media platforms. This involves handling both support queries from existing customers and answering sales-related questions from potential new customers. Rate: $35 per hour, based on your engagement and the complexity of customer interactions. Skills/Background Needed: Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Ability to work independently and efficiently. Strong capability to follow detailed instructions and procedures. Minimum availability of 10 hours per week. Must have a reliable internet connection to maintain consistent communication. Hours per Week: Flexible, starting from 10 hours per week with the potential to increase based on performance and business needs.
