Your job will include scheduling patient surgeries, answering phones, explaining to patients how we work and our fees, answering questions, taking down insurance information, scheduling and running financing applications, coordinating with the local surgery managers. ? You will be part of a call center team supporting 4 markets and 16 offices that specialize in wisdom teeth removal. ? REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ? To perform the duties and responsibilities of this position successfully, individuals must: ? Spanish Speaking Fluent (Read, Write, and Translate) ? You must live in one of the following states: Utah ? You need to have amazing people skills, be incredible on the phone, be a team player and very detail oriented. ? Candidate must have at least 3 months of prior sales, upselling, and customer support. ? Must have 50 to 100 Mbps download speed and at least 10 Mbps upload speed. SHIFT: Monday ?
