Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Equipment Service Technician for our Phone Fix program at Coca-Cola. As a remote employee, you will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for our range of equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, ultimately contributing to the overall satisfaction of our customers. Responsibilities • Provide expert-level remote technical support and troubleshooting for Coca-Cola equipment. • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to equipment performance. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand and address equipment-related concerns. • Document all service activities and resolutions accurately in the company’s service management system. • Assist in the development and implementation of service processes and procedures. • Train and mentor junior technicians and support staff as needed. • Stay updated on the latest technology and industry trends to provide the best service possible. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment service or a related technical field. • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in using remote diagnostic tools and service management software. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
