Job Overview We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities • Accurately input and organize user data and organizational records into the system. • Collaborate with the development team to assist in the creation of tools that facilitate data migration and application setup. • Support end users by ensuring their accounts and credentials are properly established and functioning. • Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and address basic issues as they arise. • Commit to a shift that corresponds with your assigned division, with options available between 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST. Required Skills • Strong typing ability (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to interact clearly and professionally in English. • Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are advantageous. • Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is a plus. Qualifications • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
