JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking to hire an experienced Math Instructor to be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' mathematical proficiency. Your expertise will be vital in creating engaging and innovative mathematics curricula, promoting problem-solving skills, and supporting students' academic growth. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Math or any related field (required) Master's degree in Math or related field from an accredited college or university (preferred) 1 year experience as a Math instructor or tutor (required) Successful track record of developing student’s knowledge in learning Math (required) Professional communication skills (both spoken and written) Competent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Able to work independently and collaborate with a team Enthusiastic about working with students and parents Able to maintain strict confidentiality Highly organized and detail oriented (attention to detail and accuracy is imperative) Ability to meet schedules and deadlines Good judgement and decision-making abilities Good problem-solving skills Good planning skills Highly responsive Highly proactive Highly reliable Integrity JOB DUTIES: Collaborate with the Director of Curriculum Development to develop lesson plans and curricula as needed Deliver interactive and engaging English lessons that promote the development of speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, including tests, assignments, and participation, and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
