Our CSR/Administrative Assistants work to ensure that every customer is taken care of to the very best of our abilities. As an administrative assistant, you must play an integral role in maintaining a good customer relationship. Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Inbound calls on multi line phone system during scheduled hours • Outbound calls for service, follow-ups, & membership inspections • Email correspondence & coordination with customers • Monitor & contact expired memberships • Additional duties as assigned from Office Manager Strongly Preferred Qualities: • Customer Service Experience • Knowledge/Experience of ServiceTitan program WE EXPECT YOU TO: • Have superior phone skills and be comfortable calling customers • Have superior organizational skills • Be proficient in Microsoft Office; computer savvy • Work with a great attitude • Have strong attention to detail • Have a clean criminal background; be drug free • Be a team player with a “can do” attitude • Show up to work on time and complete all responsibilities efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Customer service: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Norfolk, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Apply Job!
