The Role: Splice is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team in New York to help us build the creative hub for the modern musician. As a member of our CX team you will report to our Customer Experience Manager and be responsible for delivering world-class support to our musician-users. What You’ll Do: • Work with our Product Specialist and Customer Experience Manager to handle a diverse range of inquiries from our users. • Engage with our customers via email, “real-time chat”, and our knowledge base. • Report technical bugs to our product and engineering teams. • Identify problems and friction points for our users, then help come up with solutions. • Draw on your understanding of music creation in order to help our users achieve their creative goals. What we’re looking for: • Passionate about creating music • Prior customer service experience • Compassionate and empathetic towards your fellow musicians • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A team player who is energized by working with others • A highly motivated self starter • Able to flourish in a high volume work environment • Highly organized and detail oriented Nice to haves: • You are a Splice user and familiar with our platform In accordance with New York law, the salary range for this role if filled within New York is $52,500 - $67,500.
