The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Director of Travel Agency Sales to join our team and drive growth and success within our travel division. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of... driving sales, building relationships, and leading teams to success. If you have a strong knowledge of the travel industry and a love for all things Disney, we want to hear from you! Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and achieve growth goals for the travel division of The Walt Disney Company. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure their success and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and industry partners to drive business and promote the Disney brand. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and goals. Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competition to inform sales strategies and tactics. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products and services. Oversee the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain a deep understanding of Disney's products, services, and brand to effectively communicate and sell to travel agencies and customers. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset. Manage the travel agency sales budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively to drive results. Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise within the travel division, taking proactive measures to resolve them. Serve as a brand ambassador for The Walt Disney Company, promoting our values and mission in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
