Effectively communicate pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers. , ? Collaborate with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships. , ? Champion continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance. Requirements ? Display strong analytical skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and provide optimal solutions. , ? Associate's degree (A. A.) from a two-year college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. , ? Previous relevant experience and/or training is a plus.
