Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst III to join our esteemed team as a Data Solutions Architect. Key Responsibilities • Spearhead the design and implementation of data solutions, ranging from straightforward to intricate, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. • Collaborate with Data Product Management, Data Governance, and IT teams to ensure that ad hoc and specific solutions conform to data architecture standards. • Provide informed recommendations for integrating diverse data domains to deliver comprehensive solutions. • Guide product and scrum teams, both full-time employees and contractors, in maintaining exceptional quality in data solutions. • Develop complex data pipelines, reports, and dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making. • Conduct solution reviews and work alongside Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to effectively deploy data visualizations and statistical analyses. • Partner with IT, Data Product Owners, and various stakeholders to improve and scale data solutions for broader applications. • Advocate for and implement solutions that support expedited business decision-making and promote reuse opportunities. • Contribute to the enhancement of key data assets for enterprise-wide utilization. Required Skills • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL capabilities with a proven ability to query large, complex datasets. • Experience in Data Modeling and Architecture. • Familiarity with data profiling, statistical analysis, and data standardization techniques. • Knowledge of tools such as Collibra, Informatica, and Snowflake; Python or R experience is advantageous. • Excellent communication skills for crafting data and business requirements documentation. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or a High School diploma/GED accompanied by 10 years of relevant experience. • 5 years of experience in technology and expertise in data solutions. • 4 years of experience leading complex technology projects and shaping organizational strategy. • 2 years of experience in Data Modeling and Architecture.
