We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Team Coach to support one of our key internal clients in the IT Operations department. This role is embedded within an international team delivering complex IT manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will bring strong SAFe know-how, hands-on experience in IT manufacturing / IT Ops, and a proven track record of facilitating Agile transformation in scaled environments.

Requirements

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple teams: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach team members in SAFe 6.0 practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support cross-team coordination and alignment with business and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management and product value maximization.
  • Identify and remove impediments that block team progress, working across departments if necessary.
  • Use Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro) and metrics to track performance and drive data-informed improvements.
  • Actively contribute to risk management processes, ensuring early identification and mitigation of issues.
  • Promote servant leadership and a culture of psychological safety and open communication.
  • Champion organization-wide Agile maturity through continuous learning and coaching.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum first-level Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP).
  • Advanced facilitation and coaching capabilities.
  • Strong command of Agile frameworks and tools, including Kanban, Design Thinking, and team metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (working language).
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and foster effective collaboration across distributed teams. Experience Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
    • At least 2 years in a Scaled Agile environment (preferably SAFe).
    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT manufacturing / IT Operations projects.
