What Can You Expect?
You will have independent responsibility for your tasks and will prioritize your time within the given framework.
Your daily tasks and client consultations will vary, making the work challenging and diverse.
You will be part of the Customer Advisory team, consisting of five colleagues and a team leader.
As our new Intern Pension Advisor, you will be responsible for advising our clients on pension-related questions via email and phone.

What Will You Do?
Provide advice in both Danish and English, ranging from simple inquiries to more complex issues.
Maintain, update, and register information.
Perform data entry tasks and other administrative duties.
What Do You Need?
Experience in the pension industry, either as a customer advisor or in another customer-facing role.
Fluency in both Danish and English.
Empathy towards both clients and colleagues.
Ability to build relationships around you.
Approachable, helpful, and proactive in seeking opportunities and solutions.
Calm, stable, and self-motivated.
